Temperature cycle test chamber (also known as rapid temperature change test chamber) is a device used to simulate the resistance and stability of products in different temperature environments, which is widely used in electronics, automobiles, aerospace and other fields.

Trial Objective
Temperature Cycling Test: Simulate the use scenario of the product in an alternating high and low temperature environment, such as the cyclic change of high temperature during the day and low temperature at night. The temperature range (usually -70°C~150°C, different models have different ranges), the number of cycles, and the heating/cooling rate can be set.
Rapid temperature change test: It focuses on the product’s ability to withstand rapid temperature changes, such as condensation of electronic products from the cold outdoor to the warm room, and structural failure caused by thermal expansion and contraction of materials. Compared with ordinary high and low temperature chambers, its core advantage is that the heating/cooling rate is fast (usually ≥ 3°C/min) and the temperature can be switched in a short time.
Environmental Stress Screening: Through repeated temperature cycling, it accelerates the exposure of potential defects of products (such as false solder joints, component aging, material fatigue, etc.), and is often used for reliability screening before products leave the factory.
