Operating steps

1. Pre-operation confirmation items:
① Confirm that the power supply meets the requirements.
② Confirm that the air source meets the requirements.
③ Turn on the power supply, connect the air source, and turn on the power switch.
④ Confirm that the cylinder is in the retracted position.
2. Installation of the test piece:
① Press the retract button of the cylinder to make it retract to the position, place the toy box sample at an appropriate position below the cylinder, open the lid to the calibrated opening angle, and fix it on the lid with a fixture.
② Slowly press the push button of the cylinder to make it push out to the position where the toy box lid just closes, adjust the cylinder push-out sensor with a screwdriver until the sensor light turns on and then lock the screw.
③ Press the retract button of the cylinder to make it retract to the position.
3. Start the test:
① Reset the current value of the counter to zero, and set the test times according to the standard to 7000 times (enter the number of tests by pressing the counter key, select the test number with the key, set it and wait for 10 seconds for the machine to automatically complete).
② Press the Start button to start the test. When the set number of tests is reached, the machine will automatically stop.
③ Release the fixture and remove the sample.
④ Test completed.
